This is becoming ridiculously confusing! Fair and reasonable, in my opinion, isn't an insignificant number of COOP shares that we received for our releases (then reverse split at 12 for 1). If this is all that we are to receive after waiting 11 years, and spending a billion dollars in legal fees, that just doesn't make sense to me. What about the FDIC-R and FDIC-C, they haven't been released; they're not holding anything (remember the FDIC's accounting statement-excluding WAMU's 299 billion)? What about the bankruptcy filing document stating that there is 32 billion in assets and 8 billion in liabilities leaving us with 24 billion; why happened to that? JPMC finding 30 billion in the WAMU ruble; why should that belong to them and not to us? What about all of the assets illegaly taken from the holding company! I don't care what mechanism they will put in place (escrow markers/cusips or whatever) we will get paid in my opinion. In my opinion, it's best to wait to see how this plays out.
