A written objection must be filed with 21 days of the mailing of the notice (11/12/19), together with a request for a hearing and serve a copy upon the trustee, any party whose application is being challenged and the United States Trustee. Although unlikely, this could actually happen. If no objections are filed, the Court will act on the fee applications and the trustee may be dividends pursuant to FRBP 3009 without futher order of the Court.
Based on my calculations, the objection period would end 12/03/19. Without objection, Deutsche Bank would still have enough time to make an initial distribution to AICPQ holders in 2019.
