BMC and Nua acquired by US public company

Bitemark MC Limited (BMC), the UK-based wholesaler of adult lifestyle products, has been acquired by RTG Ventures, Inc. (OTC:BB:RTGV), a NASDAQ company offering a turnkey media monetization solution to rights owners of live music video.

The 100 per cent acquisition was completed in September 2010. BMC's co-founder and former Managing Director, Dominic Hawes (pictured), has been appointed CEO and President of RTG Ventures, Inc. and has also been appointed to the Board. With a strategy of acquiring companies that enable vertical integration, RTG Ventures has also acquired Nua, which has operated adult lifestyle retail outlets in the UK since 2004. Marie Barry, co-founder and Managing Director of Nua, has been appointed Managing Director of BMC.
