GERS is a special situation opportunity, asit is suing 21, yes 21 alleged Infringing Co's for using the Ethanol extracting machines without paying Royalties, which about 15 contracted Co's are doing right now!! The cases are coming to a close as VERBAL arguments are to take place on December 3rd., 2019! As I understand it, it will be for the Judges to clear-up a few Questions they probably have!
