This company was dead for many years and caught up all there fillings in 2018. They reinstated at the end of 2017 and started working on this shell catching it all up. There last filling was done in November of 2018. they caught 13 fillings up in one year spending there own money to do so and never said one word to us the whole time + never dumped 1 share the whole time. The same people are still on the board. There phone # is still working and Jose F Garcia AIMH's new Treasurer & Secretary still lives at the companies address" 4116 Antique Sterling Ct Las Vegas, NV 89129. Why they have not used the shall yet is unknown. The shell is very clean. It will be used at some point. IMO

About the share structure. It has not changed in years. That one is very easy to figure out. All you have to do is contact the transfer agent. Transfer agent is not gagged and will tell you what you ask them. Transfer agents are a 3 party regulated agency that can not lie about stuff like that. They are the share keeper and know exactly how many shares are in the A/S, O/S, and float. Everything goes through them. Trying calling them and see for yourself. That is very basic DD that anyone can do if they want to know the true share count even though it was already Transfer Agent Verified on the OTC markets page yesterday Oct 31st 2019. https://www.otcmarkets.com/stock/AIMH/security

Everyone can see from the charts how AIMH has ran many times from these levels in the past few years with no news at all. It's all because of her tiny share structure that move big on the smallest of volume. It's also due to no company dumping at all.

She has been a real CASH COW that keeps producing year after year. This can easily be seen in the charts and the best part is everyone knows that charts do not lie just like the transfer agent dose not lie about the share structure. Real DD and understanding how this stuff works is very important when trading these pennies.

I'm holding strong and adding what I can down here. The next big pop is getting closer and closer. I suggest everyone do the same.
