If it were that easy, why hasn’t any member of the board said anything for years?

You keep insisting that the share structure is so wonderful but again that is pure speculation without an audit to confirm the actual share structure.

Finally, if what you say were true and this shell is such a good opportunity, why hasn’t a single company wanted to use it for the last several years? Wasn’t there supposedly a deal in the works 2 years ago and again last year? What happened?
