These guys with their technology can go after anything that a hyperbaric chamber can be used for. See the way a hyperbaric chamber operates is by getting more oxygen dissolved into your blood plasma. Since the air we breath is only 20% oxygen only 2% of the oxygen your body gets is from dissolved oxygen in your blood plasma. What a hyperbaric chamber does is increase that. See when you get 100% oxygen in a chamber you are getting 5X what you normally get. That means you are getting 10% oxygen dissolved into the plasma. This is at 1 ATM pressure but at 2 ATM pressure you will get double that and at 3 ATM pressure you will get triple that. So you can get up to 30% oxygen dissolved into blood at 3 ATM.

So instead of staying in a cramped chamber and only getting one hour of hyperbaric treatment with BX-25 the theory is that you can get like 20 Hours of treatment without any of the side effects because you are getting the good oxygen not oxygen that can react and break down your membranes when you put high oxygen concentrations in your blood.
