Bobchar, interesting observation. As support, consider that Board Member Tom Schaffnit exercised his option to buy 20,000 shares at 20 cents a couple months ago. Either he's brain dead or knows something that we schlubs do not know.
Pat would say they are happy and contented and just biding their time, perhaps to take the company private.
Daniel Zeff sold, but retained 3.4%. Incidentally, Zeff just made an 8-K filing on TSRI in the event that TSR management reneges or is unable to complete their financial agreement. So, Zeff may have needed the cash from selling MKRS.
Since MKRS stock price is nearly worthless and no buyers, the M&M boys could suggest to their rubber stamp board to do a reverse split similar to what OPTT did. Don't think that will happen?
After all the above, we can't forget that son-in-law President Mark Malone has experience in capital markets.
If taken seriously, the Mikros Mindr could be worth a small fortune to IBM et al.
Sentiment is negative. Hope is by conjecture on limited information. Personally, I can't afford to sell.
Will the M&M boys get their Annual Bonus in 2019?
