No Hombre the sale was not Legal unless the Shareholders the real owners gave consens to this which in my opinion as part of the broad amount of Shareholders akka Owners didnt give releases tot he either JPM or the FDICk for this Legal Sale which happend through a forced seizure.Now I see and we all knew the true colors of the WEIL legal team but non the less with the Inforcement of the Equity committee and the New GSA signed from all the parties you should know as an Involved person that the FDCIk+JPM didnt get releases unless they dodnt give up whats Signed by them as Book value and not their Propery and here comes everything the WMII.Inc held in their books but wrongly seized from the FDICK during the infamouse wrongfully seizure.Say to your masters to pay and not delay.
