Founder of Grella Partnership Strategies, pioneer of Economic Development 4.0, resilient, community-centric, disruptive technology embracing, and socially responsible organizations with bold vision statements committed to achieve sustainable growth and inclusive prosperity. Prior to launching GPS, Grella spearheaded Amazon's Global Economic Development Team for seven years which closed transactions resulting in tens of billions of dollars in investment creating over 100,000 jobs across 15 countries. He successfully built public-private partnerships to scale Amazon's e-commerce logistics and last mile delivery network during a period of unprecedented growth which, across various partners, constructed over 50 million square feet of development. Following his oversight of global economic development for e-commerce logistics he spearheaded global data center infrastructure economic development for the Company's most profitable business segment, Amazon Web Services (AWS), executing transactions with dozens of federal, state, and municipal government leaders and regulators. Prior to joining Amazon, Mike spent 17 years focused on economic development, public finance, corporate site selection and tax law working with dozens of Fortune 1000 and privately-held companies.
