This is a fact:

NITE and a few other MMs trade mostly borrowed shares. They borrow mine from time to time. I could stop it by cueing up a sell real high, but I don't bother. They can't borrow anything cued up for a sell.

This is not being shorted. SEC rule: To short any stock below $4 in the US you have to put up $2.50 collateral per share. Would cost $ millions to short this. Canada and the Bahamas don't have to put up the collateral. Bahamas was wiped out by that hurricane a little bit ago, so don't know what is going on down there. There are 2 small brokers in the US that get around that rule. If you want to short a penny stock you have to let them know in the morning and they will go offshore to get the shares.
