Someone previously posted that the discrepancy in the OUTSTANDING SHARE COUNT has to do with the number of shares owned by insiders (and/or maybe in the treasury)

It was said that as part of the deal they (CEO & COMPANY) agreed to cancel the 130,368,111 shares thus leaving the OS at 230,330.332.

Hopefully future filings will be forthcoming that clarify this.

For now, what shareholders should know is that one way or another Clancy Systems intends to go private and surrender the shell for a reverse merger.

Beyond that it's mostly all speculation.

Being in Colorado it would not surprise me if the incoming entity is in the cannabis business.
