Drgdarf a clarification for you.

I wrote the PPA's are negotiated...not executed.

My intention for writing the PPA's are negotiated is we will not have to wait for this step once everything else on the NYISO Interconnection is complete. The terms of the PPA's are already negotiated...pending execution as the last step of the process in NY.

The PPA's will need to be executed before they can become backlog.
