Ron, the last link in the chain-of-title to prove ownership happened with an ownership change on 3/19/2012 along with all preferred, common prospectuses canceled as well as all associated documents.

What you are insinuating is that investors who never signed releases now have ownership of those trusts where you say the prospectuses were NOT canceled. If a Delaware Bankruptcy Court were to advise that on 3/19/2012 only part of the former preferred and common prospectuses were canceled they would become the laughingstock of ANY court in the entire world.

How in the world would anyone know what they owned if part of the prospectuses were canceled and part still active? Think about the ownership change that happened on 3/19/2012 and with that those investors who did not sign releases could still lay claim to ownership. This is impossible!
