They're under seal because there's at least 2 parties involved in a contract, and it would be a waste of time to see if a supplier would agree to reveal the terms since they're dead anyway.

If there was any value whatsoever to the retained contracts, the secured creditors (who had more at stake than anybody) would have been all over CCAA objecting to the liquidation and pushing for a different outcome. They didn't.
