xoom....the evidence in the letter to the judge is overwhelming, and really confirms that JPM, under the cover of Project West was plotting to take down WAMU...one overriding problem that I have is why after 11 years, no government agency has bothered to launch an investigation into this illegal act by FDIC, JPM, and others involved?... this goes to the very essence of American justice in the United States, who invest their lively hoods in Banks, and financial institutions, only to have them preyed upon by scoundrels in back rooms, just because THEY, CAN..., and get away with it...this takedown of WAMU was so egregious, and outlandish, that I don't ever see the FDIC closing this case, especially Brian Rosen applying to the court on 10/31 to close the bk down...I still remember the assassination of JFK, where the information surrounding the matter was sealed for 50 years from the public...what was the government hiding,that required 50 years of silence?.. same here, the FDIC was caught colluding with JPM for this takedown, and they will be silent for a long time.. IMO...this is why Sussman said the case was not ripe yet...meaning, the moment the FDIC makes a move to close this bk.. the lawsuits start flying... AIMO... Lodas
