P's Are Non-accumulative Interest,

but perpetual. No $76 a year. The P's traded around $1,300 per share. Why?

IMO, the P's had two payments; Performance and Interest.

The $76 in interest has stopped, but the perpetual performance payment continues.

The perpetual performance payment could be around $200 a year. This is 100% their claim and not limited to $1,000 face. Its their property. The Prospectus was only cancelled for the tradeable shares not the ESC P markers.
