Almost $200M went into this device...at $4.02 the effective cost for IP/Patents and the hardware is ~$145M. Another $500M spent by the biggun = a total outlay of ~650M for a device that is at least worth $3-4B ! Not a bad return IMO and 2nd to market in Single Port = more market share taken away from ISRG
