Spoke with him briefly on Thursday.From what I understand they have taken proper steps with DTC to get chill removed, now in the DTCs hands. Assured me things are moving forward very nicely, but couldn't go into details (understandably). I did not press. He sounded very optimistic for what it's worth.

I believe in this company. Chas has been very responsive to all my calls over the years, and I think a lot is going on in background. I can't wait to finally learn the progress in a press release when plans are finalized.

Purpose of this post is to inform that I have been in recent contact with Chas and he stated things are moving forward. I am sure I will get the usual responses of "same old story" and "Chas is a liar". Those may be some people's opinions, but I disagree. Ready to see this thing through until the end.
