If there are 4 billion shares out. Then the market cap at .01 would be 40million. No doubt this needs to be a long term play. Only revenues & profits are gonna move the cap that high. Unless maybe a buyout of some sort. Seems their niche is the infringement enforcement side & monetizing the embedded ads in tandem.
