a case management conference hearing continuation on 11/22 before the Mandatory settlement scheduled in Aug 2020 is a very positive sign that something very positive can happen , otherwise they would have gone directly too mandatory settlement in Aug 2020 .

11/22 is not a re-schedule but a continuation hearing..
