plus shares reserved for warrants with an average price exercise price of $0.29 is 361,729,610, plus shares reserved for warrants with an average price of $0.24 is 100,158,932, equals a total of 1,056,761,636 fully-diluted shares outstanding.

The total number of authorized shares is 1,200,000,000. If you subtract the total number of fully-diluted shares from total authorized shares, that means NWBO can issue 143,238,364 additional shares.
