You are right, the ex-director could have refused to settle with IFUS, and gone to trial and tried to explain the unexplainable in public court to a judge?

There is zero proof of this silly claim:

"Adelstein awarded all of IFUS's assets + those attachable of Walther."

In fact the actual state court judgement, which replaced the unusable Federal court judgement, according to the court records, was only against IFUS, and was only a money judgement. Google Money judgement folks.

IFUS, IFUS loyal shareholders, trade secrets, and good will were not awarded, they are not money, and can not be awarded in a money judgement. They are worth huge $$$$$$$s.

The ex-director has not collected a dime(?) on that judgement, which means the Judgement is worthless since he has already had 18 months to collect, unless he and Walther put IFUS back into production making money. Otherwise, it might be frame-able and sell-able as evidence of the folly(?) of Man and IFUS ex-directors, that we see way too often through out Man's history....

Both have way too much to loose to let IFUS die.

IFUS is worth way more than $500,000 to the Ex-director, unless he wants to sell the judgement to me for $1 and take a $500,000 tax loss?

I suspect if the ex-director offered about $500,000 in fresh funding to IFUS, and bought up these cheap retail shares first, and signed an agreement not to try and end(?) IFUS again(?) he might come out ahead?

Stolen property never belongs to those that stole it.
