Some of the brokerages (like TD Ameritrade) now have trading at a cost of '$0' under certain circumstances.
No skin off someones back if they trade for a very small amount of shares. Maybe that is all that executed and the order was for a much higher amount of shares? I have seen that over and over again personally. Used to tick me off when I had paid a commission and only gained 10,000 shares on a stock when I had an order in for 1 million shares.
