Read that article bar1080 and found it confusing at best and misstated/misleading at worst.

Take for example this sentence:

U.S. retailer Sears has borrowed about $150 million from lenders, including its billionaire owner Eddie Lampert, as it racks up losses less than a year after it emerged from bankruptcy protection ...

What are they talking about? Old Sears hasn't borrowed money from anyone that I know of. And who has "emerged from bankruptcy protection"? Certainly not old Sears, which is still under bankruptcy protection as far as I know.

I think this whole article can easily just "confuse" people between old Sears and the "new" Sears, which was bought by Eddie Lampert and Transform Holdco.

No wonder that so many people continue to hold their worthless SHLDQ shares.

Sad, very sad reporting imho.
