I think that Vaxstar is a single entity person, Cecilia. She is a LLC company with the VSTR shares? Vaxstar's VSTR share ownership number went up by 25MM shares when she was awarded them. VSTR is shown as one of Netcapital's portfolio companies. What does that mean? They are public. Hmmmm. I still don't know who awarded her those shares since she and 2 others are the company. Is there a board of directors? Napster was started by her husband (I think), John Fanning, who is an advisor to Netcapital.
