CLTY went dark for about 17 years on the public front but their subsidiary continued to grow significantly. So no one knew about the public company CLTY until it was discovered that they reinstated the business in both DE and MA in July 2019. All in the board ibox to see.

They paid all back taxes and filing fees which totaled over $100,000 and filed all past due annual reports to get current. The only reason to do that would be if they were going to update their filings on otcmarkets and start updating the public.

The A/S is only 25 million. The O/S is only 22 million and was just confirmed by the new T/A. Float seems pretty locked up with management owning almost all of it.
