Agreed. There have been many superficial promises by both Brad & Mick, yet none of them have materialized. Last April they said they were going to “uplist” out of the “OTC Pink Sheet Marketplace”. It’s impossible to “uplist” when you’re not even listed in the first place....

Instead, in the past 6 months, WRFX has managed to drop to .0002 x .0003 with a Stop sign and Dark / No Information status on OTCMarkets.

The 3 time postponed Financials are still missing since August.

Mick should be aware of a new SEC rule proposal that will adversely affect every delinquent SEC registered stock and every not-registered stock on the OTC that has no current info/disclosures. That currently includes WRFX.
