I doubt BK, BK happens when you cannot pay your bills and creditors force BK. Not the case with this POS. They have little debt, although it will be interesting to see some numbers after the Lip Stick Company purchase? Last statement did show debt associated with skin care acquisition although it was not great.

These goofballs have used this company to extract a LOT of money from ignorant investors and I doubt they will stop now!
