Since 2014 OWCP hasn't generated any revenue - Hirsch stated in September 2017 that the psoriasis cream was market ready - but now the Phase 2 studies haven't started.

If you read the Letter of rejection for the psoriasis cream there isn't any hope for a patent being granted.

There is absolutely no virtue in being long - serious penny stock investors never fall in love with a stock and sit and watch their investment disappear - they know when to cut losses.
