I anticipate no negative news through the contract announcement early next year, so it would be logical to assume that the share price will rise in anticipation of the award. I agree that if many shares are desired to be purchased, it won't take much of that for a nice spike in the price.
As for me, I plan to continue to tightly hold what I have. Three to six months is just not a long time to wait when any day a new investor could arrive and nudge the price upward, or new business could be announced.
The passage of time may have taken out most of the uncertainty about the status of the company's debt, of the NASDAQ listing and of the Tristar fleet. Bad news should have surfaced by now if there was anything substantial, I think.
