Airbaa, I hope you're joking. If not, It's just one person contacting a former ADCOM member trying to inquire if the Reduceit results would have him voting yes today. There is nothing illegal about asking his opinion to increase ones DD on their investment nor should it be viewed as an attempt to influence the current panel [ as it stands now ]. It's a no win situation though as these people probably get harassed a lot and may be bound not to comment on upcoming ADCOMs and releasing any of his [non-nuetral] comments could be construed as an attempt to influence the current board members[ not a legal opinion JMO]. Nothing good can come from it IMO. Not a good idea!!! Hopefully, that is the end of that. DLM, I know that wasn't your intention. No worries and moving on.
