It seems to me the Lazar plays are easier to understand and play along with during the period in which he is rehabilitating the shell - he does this with urghency and there are objective and observable things we can look for to indicate progress.

One the shell has been sold, that urgency and transparency vanishes, and we are left with promising micro-caps (like EORZ and TRDX) with distant management who have little interest in communicating with legacy stockholders.
