Then, do you see TMPS's share price steady until a contract announcement in the second quarter?

Prior to the award in April, the share price traded between about .09 and .18 for several months. It went much higher on the news in April. It fell off during the protest, peaked again at the protest dismissal but collapsed to the teens when it was revealed that the dismissal arose from the intention to void the contract.

TMPS now trades from around .15 to .25. I feel that the new contract award will be soon enough that even 25 cents is probably cheap. It seems to me that movement of the average price of around .13 prior to the contract in April to maybe .18 after the intention to terminate, just 5 cents higher, is mighty slim! TMPS has proven that they are able to attract a large government contract, and that's a huge difference from where they were before April.

So I don't see much price deterioration right now.

As to how big the company is, it has been stated on this board that, "Tempus has revenue that SUBSTANTIALLY EXCEEDS $32,500,000". Do you agree? Maybe someone can deduce that from the protest hearing, but I would be interested in your opinion.
