Gers, although the future is promising for maybe up to 8 years or so, A win in the lawsuit will have multiple effects IMO? It will draw many Investors who want to get in while the price is still low, Gers will be thought of as a very progressive Company, then we may be able to get in a more respected exchange, and pay for it instead of R/S'ing our way through?

In any case, win or lose, Gers will have the freedom to pursue dreams lying dormant for all these years! Where we could have been without the Lawsuit, who knows, but many advances would have been made, that's for sure! With every Technological and Business advance, the public tends to become more and more willing to buy-in, IMO? Energy and Technological genius was Gers's hallmark for many years, and I am sure the Boys will not have lost their taste for new Innovations once the lawsuit concludes? GLTA...
