"Think of drives like an auto' ... you take care of em' and they will last a long time . Or...you can just run them into the ground."

So how often do you change the oil and filter (fully synthetic oil I would suppose)? What are the maintenance intervals for coolant flush/fill, tire rotation, timing belt replacement, ATF fluid drain/fill, air filter, AC filter, spark plugs, etc.?
