If you go to E-Trade and look up the GERS page there is a tab on there for "Insider Activity". That will take you to a graph which shows the amount and when any insider activity occurred. The graph indicates that there was a transaction last Friday of approximately 170,000 shares. These transactions are very infrequent so it really stands out when one occurs.
Obviously, the selling of such a large block of shares has had a very negative affect on the price of the stock. I'm curious as to the cause of the selling. Is someone just frustrated by the lack of communication or is it something worse.
