Wonder if the 60/69 formula for the dividend will be brought up on the CC

Will GNBTs representation to shareholders hold true or was it a bait & switch where shareholders get the short end?

If so, Im sure management will have a great story to tell or will the CEO just beat down any questioners until they acquiesce and knuckle under, as usual?
