Yes, RGDXQ has "Very Bullish" rating for Short, Middle, and Long-term! A Series Of New bottoms have been setting up at the higher and higher price levels --- 0.0010, then 0.0011, then 0.0012, then 0.0014, then 0.0020, then 0.0022, then 0.0026!

The coming New 52-week-high will be 0.01 at least!

Note, current 52-week-low was just raised to 0.0010 now from last year's 0.0003!

Both 0.0001 (12/28/2018) and 0.0003 (03/11/2019) from the chart below are 100% FAKE because on those two days the bid was always at 0.0011 or higher but the MM NITE manipulated 2K shares each at 0.0003 and 0.0001 respectively when the market opened at 9:30AM. Anyway both manipulation efforts were failed completely because RGDXQ still closed at 0.0011 or above with the bid at 0.0011 or higher in those two days!
