I have already had gains well over 300%, so why opt-out now, especially when the timing would be so bad for anyone selling out now?


Besides the fact that this lawsuit will drag on for years, there's another reason to sell any GERS shares you have. You could take the proceeds and invest it in a stock whose price is going up instead of down.
