What did the attorney tell you?

Mr. SEC will probably settle with Mr. SEEK for the $15 grand. The RICO is the hammer though a jury may have a hard time with that one.

There won't be any class action suit based on the underlying suit as the basis of the suit is unique per litigant. But who knows these days anything seems to happen contrary to common sense and law. IMO they will reach an agreement, shake hands and walk away. Everyone will be happy except the shareholders, unless of course SEEK has something else up the sleeve, then this will take off. If Scott does not come through afterwards then this ticker will just expire and die on the vine unless he can sell the shell. But I would bet he pulls a rabbit out of the hat at least long enough to make a profit and pay for $15000 grand settlement and atty fees. Anyway, hopefully the docket is not too full as it would be nice to put this to bed one way or the other before Xmas.
