$RPNRF Rapid Nutrition was founded by Simon St Ledger, the CEO, in Australia in 2001. As a personal trainer and dietary consultant, he recognised the need for organic health supplements in a market saturated with products that are full of unnatural ingredients.



The Company’s core business is the creation of organic and natural scientific-based health food supplements and building them into recognised brands. This is achieved by establishing strong distribution channels globally. The Company then leverages these distribution partnerships by introducing its expanding product portfolio into these channels supported by strong marketing initiatives and media partners in each market.



In 2012 the Company entered into a joint venture agreement with Motivate Health Technology Inc. to distribute System LS™ products directly to US customers. The Company is specialised in the development of innovative health-driven internet products and video mobile apps.



In 2013 the Company won the Australian government export awards and recognised as national finalist in biotech sector and we successfully completed Research & Development of organic life science product range.



By 2014 the Company had expanded distribution into markets in Asia, Europe, Africa and the Middle East and in 2015 we successfully formulated and launched System LS™ in Australia and the US.



Over 2016 and 2017 the Company commenced and completed the development of a range of certified vegan protein formulas. The vegan certified protein powder will add an additional product extension to the Company’s current flagship brand System LS™ which was launch in 2018.



2018, the Company secured the Exclusive Master Distribution rights for Australia with General Nutrition Corporation (“GNC”) one of the world’s leading global speciality, health, wellness and performance retailer listed on the New York Stock Exchange (NYSE: GNC). GNC has more than 9,000 locations worldwide, including presence in the US and more than 50 international countries. GNC is the creator of sub-brands including Beyond Raw®, Mega Men®, Pro Performance® and Amp.
