The Tax Man Cometh

Lets hope PPS has found higher prices before Tax Season gets underway.


The true storyline has become a complete joke here. Absolutely no reason why any knowledgeable investor would even give this stock a second look. The share structure, balance sheet and management is solid reasons to avoid this disaster.

Waiting on possible Toxic Financing to keep this sinking boat above water.
