All I know is that over the last few years, Clarence has bought hundreds of thousands of company shares on the open market...he bought them low and has bought high at all different times of the year..before PRs and after PRs....I also know that he has sold NOT one share..he's not selling them who cares if he bought some the week before a PR..

I'm not gonna look at the filings right now to see what that 817 figure is, but if it's the total amount raised in Private Placements, a big chunk of that was done by Clarence..probably more than half..
