There is no doubt they wanted to in my opinion it was just taking time for them to improve the filings before doing so. I mean let’s look at it this way... would you rather try to be quoted again with this kinda filing or what they had a couple years ago? Problem is I was told many times I’m wrong with my opinion when everything seems to be lining up for them to come back stronger then before
