It’s a joke! Very unprofessional; nepotism, underhanded, unethical; person in “lead” role is an impulsive/ compulsive lier...(documented) to employees on a daily. The Atlanta office needs and over-haul and the LA office needs the same. No real leadership; child play games; literally.
