Price Paid will vary due to everybody buying different lots at different prices. They would have taken your price average And performed the reverse split math, then later the forward split.
My Fidelity was at 13 dollars. My E-Trade is at approx $ 2.50 / sh because that is where I was buying the cheap shares for my average down.
Fidelity average stayed high because it was an old NEAH purchase at higher prices and when they went pink, I was not allowed to buy the stock with that account so no averaging down with that account.
