Management has a goal to also bring this company into a position of becoming an OTCQB reporting firm that provides the highest transparency and respect on OTC Markets; and has assembled an impressive team of professionals that have expertise in management, marketing, capital raising, product development and a wide range of business services that will be beneficial to the success of this firm.

OTC Markets has the ticker as "Dark or Defunct". So much for transparency.

And Miller is listed as "CEO, President". Where's this impressive team of professionals he says he's assembled?

He has not brought USEI or POTG "into a position of becoming an OTCQB reporting firm that provides the highest transparency and respect on OTC Markets", so why should anyone think he'd do so for BMCS?
