You are correct. That is the formula. HOWEVER, I have spoken with the new management and I’m sure given the low float that there may be some dilution event, but their thesis is sound. They are one of the only oil and gas companies with little to no debt (or at least no serviceable debt) and the team assembled has tremendous experience in the area. Mr. Hickman was an executive for a Goldman Sachs backed O&G company. The CEO has a successful track record in the private market. Mr. Pippy was a state Senator (I know, state vs. US, US is more influential), but his experience as a Colonel in the Army Corp of Engineers is instrumental in managing large projects required in this space.

I know Mike McLaren was a HORRIBLE public CEO and did many things that hurt this company in the past. In fact, he may be going to prison as a result of an EB-5 scam. I cannot stress enough that this is a DIFFERENT company. Thank you for your advice and I do hope you all are made whole on your investments.
