This is wrong.

The calculation does not take into account Huawei revenue last year that did not show up in earnings due to a change in Revenue Recognition GAAP standards.

Full year 2018 recurring revenue was $280 million. Under ASC 605, recurring revenue for full year 2018 would have been $365.

That's $85 million of "earnings" that were not included in that calculation.

The headline should be ... Interdigital dividends last year were roughly 40% of earnings under ASC 605.
